Bathing, bed baths, tooth brushing, hair care and nail care, on each person's own schedule.

Meals and fluids

Home-cooked meals and snacks through the day, with food and fluid intake recorded.

Medications

Medication passes tracked in an electronic medication record.

Health checks

Regular vital signs, wound care, and follow-up when something isn't normal.

Clothing and laundry

Daily clothing changes, laundry and fresh bedding.

Errands and outings

Grocery shopping and help getting to appointments.

We get to know each resident: how they like their morning to start, the food they enjoy, the routines that help them feel settled. We treat them with patience, kindness and dignity, and we work closely with families and case managers so everyone feels supported.

Become a caregiver at Sunrise Care

We're hiring caregivers for our homes in Plover and Stevens Point. No two days are the same, and the work matters to the people you care for.

$15–$17per hour

6 or 8 hrshift lengths

24/7day, evening and overnight shifts

What you'll do

Help residents with bathing, grooming, dressing and meals
Pass medications and record them electronically
Take vital signs and chart each resident's day
Keep the home clean and do laundry
Write up any incident or behavior clearly and on time

Training and support

All new caregivers are required to complete their training within the first 21 days of employment. You won't do it alone: our team guides and supports you through both the certification coursework and hands-on, practical training in the home, so you start with confidence.
